A solid weld or a split weld is quality tested by using vacuum box, and sheet clamps. A tensile test, with the aide of a tensiometer, provides an accurate measurement of the weld’s tensile strength. Polyweld USA offers two different types of vacuum box and a newly designed tensiometer with digital display. We also produce testing needles in different gauges for use on varying thicknesses of plastic liners.
