Wedge Welders are portable machines that will thermal bond plastic sheet (liner) from HDPE, LLDPE, PP, PVC, and many more plastics.
Our wedge welders produce a solid weld or a split weld for air channel testing by using a system of guide rollers. Polyweld USA offers two different types of wedge welders – one for thicker material and the other for thinner materials. Our smaller wedge welder provides the ability to weld plastic liner on steep pathways, and vertical climbs, making it an ideal tool for projects involving ponds, aquaculture, pit lining, and leachate solutions.
